Allergen Tracking: Smart Compliance for Multi-Site Restaurants

If you’re managing a restaurant group, you already know how complex compliance can get. Between evolving regulations, changing menus, and supplier inconsistencies, staying on top of allergen tracking is a full-time job. But it doesn’t have to be.

Supy’s new allergen tagging feature helps operators tag allergens once—and let the system do the rest. It’s designed to take the manual work out of compliance while giving your team confidence in every recipe that hits the menu.

Tag Once, Trust Always Supy allows you to tag allergens directly at the ingredient level. That means you only need to do it once, and any time that ingredient is used in a recipe, the system automatically maps the allergen data. Whether it’s a summer menu refresh or a brand-new dish, Supy keeps your allergen info accurate and consistent.

Operators can tag any of the 18 most common allergens with either 'Contains' or 'May Contain,' aligning with regulations across the GCC, SFDA, UK FSA, and other major international standards.

How It Works

  • Go to your item repository in Supy
  • Open any ingredient and head to the Allergen tab
  • Select relevant allergens (Contains / May Contain)

When you build recipes, allergens auto-populate based on ingredient data

How It Works

There’s no need to manually tag each recipe or hire freelancers to audit your menus. One configuration, endless accuracy.

Ideal for Central Kitchens, Schools, and Meal Plans

The feature works for all locations, including central kitchens. Whether you're prepping semi-finished items or managing multiple outlets, Supy lets you trace allergens across your entire supply chain.

Ideal for Central Kitchens, Schools, and Meal Plans

For operations like meal plans or catering for hospitals and schools, Supy makes it easy to print allergen data per order or menu—without relying on clunky spreadsheets or external consultants.

Coming Soon: Nutrition Tagging We’re not stopping at allergens. Supy will soon allow you to tag nutrition facts at the item level too, automatically surfacing those values at the recipe level.
