It's built for central kitchens, CPUs, and roasteries that distribute to external clients. Every order flows straight into your Supy portal, eliminating manual order entry.

Who is Supy Connect for?

Supy Connect is designed for central kitchens, central production units (CPUs), and roasteries that sell and distribute to external B2B clients. It is not applicable to internal branch ordering - those workflows are handled through Supy's existing order, requisition and transfer features.

How do my customers get access to the app?

You add contacts (name, email, phone) under each customer in your Supy portal. Each contact receives an invitation email with download links for iOS and Android. They download Supy Connect, log in with their phone number, and start placing orders immediately.

Does Supy Connect integrate with my existing Supy workflow?

Yes. Orders placed through Supy Connect appear in the same workflow as orders created in the Supy portal - same dashboard, same fulfillment process. There is no separate system to learn or manage.

Can I control who is allowed to place orders?

Absolutely. You manage exactly which contacts can order, and each contact is tied to a specific customer account. You can add, remove, and track the invitation and onboarding status of every contact from the portal.

Is this a white-labeled app for my brand?

No. Supy Connect is a Supy-branded app. Your customers download Supy Connect from the App Store or Google Play and order through the Supy experience. This ensures a consistent, reliable experience backed by Supy's infrastructure.
