From restaurants to restaurant tech
Supy was born when Dani El-Zein, a restaurateur and tech entrepreneur, teamed up with Ibrahim Bou Ncoula, a renowned software engineer, to solve the daily chaos of managing inventory and suppliers.
Frustrated by clunky tools and inaccurate data, they built Supy to bring control and clarity to the back-of-house.
